An interactive video workshop including a presentation on infant feeding and benefits of breastfeeding/giving human milk to your baby and risks of not breastfeeding or giving breast milk, and anything else in between. We will discuss how the type of birth can effect feeding, normal newborn behaviour, particularly feeding behaviours and address any common misconceptions.

This service includes a list of resources for further reading for you to take on your journey into parenthood.
