Terms and Conditions

Booking 

Payments for all services must be paid for in full upfront to secure booking. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. You can fill in a registration form for any service and I will contact you to book an appointment, alternatively you can enquire via text, email or Facebook Messenger and I will respond as soon as I can. Please check your emails and junk mail for a response.

 

Travel Expenses

For locations further than 15 miles away from S70 5EH there will be an extra charge of 0.50p per mile each way. For example if your home address is 20 miles away from my home the travel expenses will be for the 5 miles there and 5 miles back, 10 miles in total costing an extra £5.00 onto the total cost of your consultation. 

 

Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment please let me know in good time so we can rearrange or I can offer it to another family. 

If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be offered a full refund. If given appropriate notice I am more than happy to schedule another session.

If cancelling less than 24 hours or on the day of your appointment I will offer a 50% refund unless under exceptional circumstances where the client can provide proof of reason for cancellation. 

 

Covid-19

If you or any member of your household has any covid-19 symptoms or has confirmed coronavirus please let me know ASAP so we can rearrange your appointment or amend to a video call if desired. I will be protecting you during your home visits by wearing a mask and using alcohol hand wipes and hand gel. Gloves will be used when doing oral assessments on your infant.
