A follow-up video call following a virtual initial consultation including assessing where you're at since our last meeting and your personal feeding goals, pinpointing any remaining problems and making a plan to overcome them. 

This service includes a follow-up phone call and unlimited texts for two weeks, and if needed, an email with notes from our session and a list of resources.
